Give a thought to the above quote. What does it tell you?

When I first read it, this is what came to my mind.

• Just as snowflakes, we are fragile too as individuals
• Just as snowflakes, we are each unique and with great strengths and weaknesses
• Just as snowflakes, we need to come together to make a difference
• Just as snowflakes, a team is stronger than the sum of its individuals.
• True teams can surpass great challenges and achieve unimaginable successes

Almost two months ago, on 11^th of January in Ulmerfeld, we came together to elect the next MC team of AIESEC in Austria. At that point we elected the MCP – Vlad Isac and the VP X & Projects – Zsofia Varga.

The selection process continued and five unique individuals applied for the positions of MC VP TM and MC VP ER. Thank you Adka, Antonio, Cathrin, Peter and Viktor for your effort and for a great deal of passionate work you’ve put in so far.

Today, we have two more people joining the team for 2008-2009. They are…
