Unique and full of opportunities AIESEC in Austria, we are at this moment, today, now…when we stand to choose the team of people that will take us towards a new year. The team of people with who we will walk along for 365 days, with who we will stand up as AIESEC Austria United Team and who we will walk the path of meaningful growth.

We have to give or not our confidence towards the 5 candidates that applied for the positions of MC VP Talent Management and MC VP External Relations.

In order to be able to form a well informed opinion about the candidates and to be able to cast an objective vote please read the applications of the candidates, the transcript of the virtual Q&As that took place in the last 10 days and the presentation that each candidate sent.

After you have read all the materials and watched the presentations of all the candidates and if you are a member with voting right please proceed with the voting.

The voting procedure is the following:

1. Compose an e-mail based on the one you can find in the attachment of the e-mail announcing the vote

2. Express your vote for each of the candidates in a separate line. (you have to say yes or no for each candidate, abstention is not an option for this voting)

3. Send this e-mail to Peter Heinzl on 22^nd of February (Friday) between 10:00 – 20:00!!!.

The chair and guardian of a fair voting process is Peter Heinzl – AIESEC Austria alumnus, former MCP of AIESEC in Austria. Peter was chosen to chair this process due to his high moral standards demonstrated in numerous occasions in his AIESEC career and afterwards. Moreover, we strongly believe that Peter has the capacity to ensure the fairness and smoothness of the voting process.
